The staff was really nice and welcoming, however the room was definitely not clean, there was multiple roaches and dead bugs on the floors, and past guests stuff under the bed. The toilet also doesn’t work very well
Pésima atención, malas instalaciones
We went during the Formula 1 event . We had booked our reservation ahead of time . When we showed up to check in at 7:00PM they said that our reservation had been cancelled. They cancelled our reservation to sell it to someone else for a higher price . I’ve been reading the reviews and it’s something they constantly do. nice service but dirty rooms loud noises
Roaches had reserved the room already. After meeting 5 roaches, I had to leave. So gross and absolutely frustrating. They are understaffed so I don't blame the front desk person... but a room should never be that gross.
