First thing was our room key didn’t work. Someone who was off suite and just there to hang out with the front desk person had to track him down and get us another key. Room was disgusting, carpet very dirty. Dead bugs all over it. Crickets all over bathroom. There was no shower curtain. We ended up leaving at 3am because the property was unsafe and very loud. Our window didn’t lock at all and being on the first floor that was incredibly unsafe. Go anywhere else but here.

Roaches Roaches Roaches everywhere in the room. At check in, I was delayed for over 2 hours before my room got ready. Few minutes after my kids went to bed, the roaches started crawling out. It was 11 pm. I went to front desk to complain but the receptionist said she’s canceled my reservation and issued a refund as she has no other room left. I didn’t get any refund. How’s this place allowed to operate as a hotel?
