Enjoyed my stay I enjoyed my stay. I enjoyed the amenities and was very comfortable there.

No toilet paper,carpet not vacuumed, microwave filty,could mot get comfortable not knowing what else that was not clean

Because of Covid or normal hotel policy? Not sure if its due to the current pandemic but clean towels are available for a price and even though there is a kitchenette in the room you must bring your own plates, cups, silverware, coffee maker and pots/pans or purchase them fron the front desk. The phones in the rokms also dont work at all

We want guests to be able to choose only the amenities they want to use and we have found that many of our guests prefer to bring their own items, purchase at a local store, or find having kitchenware unnecessary. The room that I was in was clean for the most part there were no bugs it was on the first floor overall I give it a C+

Customer Service First let me say I love the property.Some employees (Elizabeth) has a bad attitude.I asked her can she give me a new set of sheets because the previous ones I just received the day before had me itching.I called the hotel number instead of the 500 number I didn’t know at the time .She’s yelling telling me I am a liar (I didn’t call the number) and she’s off work because it’s after hours .She was the worker for that night as I read on the site the business hours also if you need help someone on duty to help w... read more
