Disappointed I have never stayed at a hotel with a kitchenette that didn’t have dishes, utensils, soap, or anything else in the kitchen. I think it ridiculous that I had to go buy a pan & everything needed for the kitchen. Then in the bathroom there was only one soap and nothing else. Usually there is shampoo & conditioner along with lotion at the very least but not at your hotel. I had to buy a hair dryer because there wasn’t one. Stupid staff I checked in late, there was no hassle though and it did not take that long. The next day one crazy lady knocked so loud in my door at 7:30 and woke me up. I thought at first that it was something emergency so I ran to the door only to open the door and to be asked if I will stay or check out. I think it was very considerate, the lady did not even think if the guest is still asleep and taking a rest. I drove from FL to TX and checked in at 11:15PM. Great price , horrible smell Tanya at the front desk was very helpful.The room was in excellent condition but had a horrible smell. The hallways also had an odor.It seemed to be coming from the air conditioners. I turned off my air conditioner and opened the room window. I had air freshener with me and a medical face mask that I used with some Vick’s rub so I didn’t notice it but I shouldn’t have had to use either. I would suggest tile floors throughout the hotel to help with the smell.And new air conditioning systems. I wou... read more
