Love the property itself! One particular lady at the front desk acts as if she hates her job and doesn't want to be there! She lacks customer service!

The room was great and what i had expected. However i had to wait 30 minutes to get keys to my pre paid room. It was very inconvenient as i was trying to get to sleep. Other than the inept employee covering your desk it was excellent

I am still at the WoodSpring Suites. Overall conditions are good, but no curtains to block the light from outside, only a shade. This is not good, especially ror someone working night shift.
