Again, you have a phenomenal staff. I have stayed at 3,4, and 5 star hotels in my past, and the people you have working are some of the best I’ve ever witnessed. Ms. Tam is in my opinion a invaluable staff member. Again I say, it’s the genuine niceness that makes her one of the best hotel staff I’ve ever seen. Having a genuinely nice person on staff like Ms. Tam, well consider yourself lucky. All the best -TW

Okay Hotel was nice, bed wasn’t very comfortable and pillows were flat, but clean and smelled nice. Customer service was great.

Friendly place Great last minute place. The girl up front was amazing. Was really friendly and made me feel comfortable. The only complaint i have was the bed. They didn't change out pill cases. One of the pillows had a stain of either makeup or a stain of blood drop. I was so tired i threw that pillow on the floor.
