I wanna start by saying that I would never ever go back to the extended stay at the perimeter in Birmingham Alabama! The room was very clean and nice but the front desk guy and the manager was soooo rude and inconsiderate of the fact that I had a house fire and I only booked for two nights! I tried to book for another night and they told me I couldn’t because they had a 3 night minimum! I I only had the funds for one night until the banked opened the following day and I would book more! They still wouldn’t allow me to do so!... read more

Satisfactory overall The lady at the check-in desk was friendly. My room was on the third floor. It was spacious and the paint was fairly new. The shower was nice. The seal on the fridge was coming undone at the top corner. My only complaint was a dead roach on the floor between the fridge and wall. I just spent one night there. The freezer, fridge, and microwave worked just fine. I had trouble opening the lobby door in the morning with the key card, but another lady at the check-in desk walked over to open it for me.
