Won’t go back Desperately needs to be updated. Overall all building design is poor... getting from lobby to first floor is horrible

It was quiet and the staff was nice, had one incident but the staff was quick to make sure everyone was pleased. Only concern is the hold the have on your card if they smell smoke in your room in the non smoking area and what if someone walked by your room and was smoking and you had nothing to do with it and get charged for it? Other then that overall I was pleased

Pleasant experience I had a wonderful experience staying at the Inverness location on hwy 280..Staff was more than helpful in every way prompt service when needed... Every interaction with the management and the front desk was handled with utmost importance and the friendly personalities of the ladies who helped me left me with an overall feeling of contentment which helped with the satisfaction ofmy stay....
