The bed... The bed was the most uncomfortable thing I have slept on in my short and long term memory, other than that, things were fine...but that bed was really bad.

Was what I expected. Clean room with very few frills. Complimentary wifi in this day and age would be nice.

The facility was clean over-all but very, spartan very convenient to the venue to which we were going as well as local restaurants. it was a bit of a chore keeping 2 people balanced on a very Firm, twin-sized bed through the entire night. However, given the price, it was in line with what you received in a room. Additionally, the staff is pretty friendly and outgoing which makes any place more comfortable.

Wi-Fi should be free not have to pay extra Every week. It's already expensive to pay for the room for a week. Everything else was great

Bare bones accommodation Overpowering disinfectant smell.

Next best thing to home This room was actually booked for one of our subcontractors and he says it is the next best thing to home. Not in the best neighborhood but it is well maintained and clean and best of all, very reasonable. Our other subs will also be using Value Place while in the area for a construction project.
