Very convenient location for Oak Mountain Amphitheatre. Price wasn't bad, but very much a no frills hotel with a lot of run down stuff and "unique" smells

Not Happy about the condition Should change the sheets every morning. I do not know if it is a hotel or extended kind of place for people to stay for more than few days at a time. Still need to change out clean sheets and towels.

RUDE customer service; she sat behind the door for 10 minutes to continue her phone conversation before checking us in; key never worked to let us in the main door; I had to wait for guests to let me in every time; bed felt like rocks; a/c was ridiculously loud all night

Need a refund for my traumatic experience It was horrible from the check in til waking up to smoke filling the hallway fire alarm blaring

Front desk closed early Booked online and went to checkin at 8:30pm and the front desk was closed for the night… Took over an hour to get rebooked at another location
Horrible stay in Pelham Alabama The most horrible state ever my room was right by the doors people out 3 o’clock in the morning talking by the window all night every night I couldn’t sleep one night.door keeps slamming the people upstairs stomping and running the beds very very uncomfortable the smell in the room is horrible made me sick the whole nine days I was there. I would never return or recommend nobody there need to get better beds
