Need to check for bed bugs. I think I may have gotten bite by bed bugs on my neck and face. Customers service was great!

Meh....probably won't stay there again. Pleased with the location. It was quiet (as long as your room is in the back, away from I-55), but close to conveniences and Chicago. Room for very nice for the initial pricing but when we arrived we were told it would be an additional $25 per night because we brought our 14 lb Silky Terrier along. When they say 'pet friendly' they really mean "we'll be friends with your pet for an additional $25". Our dog was never left alone in the room and made no messes or damage...still it cost us... read more

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I was expecting the room to be more like a regular hotel. I was disappointed that there was no hair dryer and only one nightstand. Also there was no ice machine.

Reasonable for a good price. Nice place. Professional service. For a breakfast it is better to get your own stuff. No problems.Transfer to/from METRA is a problem but otherwise it is OK.
