Darien Reception was fine as usual it was 4 PM but I was in a hurry to get to my appointment across town. I asked and reception said they have been quite busy and they were still making up some rooms. I entered my room and found no linens on the bed and no towels in the bath. It looked clean on glance but again I was in a hurry and left for my appt. Ladies at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The room overall was clean except the floor as my wife’s brand new slippers quickly became dirty on the soles. We had to ask for items that we needed for the kitchen as its cabinets were barren. The fridge door was hard to close. The bathroom fan was too noisy. The location of the property worked out well for us and we had a nice stay there. For health safety and protection, it’s essential to provide hand sanitizers or wipes in the public area of the property.

Most amazing stay ever!! When we arrived to our room at 6pm it hadnt been cleaned from the last person.

The room smelled like fried food. Like someone had been doing a fish fry in this room earlier in the day. We opened the windows to try and air it out, but that didnt help. When we opened the windows we notice the screen were torn and hanging. Everything looked like it needed a good cleaning. Not bad, just not clean. The lobby needed vacuuming, the elevator gloor was filthy tbe walls needed someone come through with a wet rag and some 409.
