Had a smelly room (smoke? body odor?) when I first checked in. Got a second room, but room key did not work. Finally got it all working, but never an "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" kinda thing. No compassion from the staff. It was fine, but I won't stay there again

When I opted for breakfast by paying extra dollars, me and my family expected a decent breakfast like other hotels, a place to sit and eat with atleast cereal, bread, boiled eggs, bananas; these are the basic items they offer for breakfast; here just some muffins, granola bars and instant oats with some hot water, coffee and coffee mate; no whole milk or skim milk was seen there; we had our old aunty with us as guest and it was quite embarrassing for us that we could not offer breakfast to her as we came down from our room w... read more

The kitchen in the room was great, although a coffee maker would have been nice since they ran out in the lobby by 8:30am and we had to wait till it was made, so if you're in a hurry you're out of luck. Unfortunately this is the second Extended Stay America Hotel in two different states that have reeked of cigarette smoke! Even leaving the windows open all day did not help!
