What they need.......... is better blankets and pillows, plus an extra of each in the room. Also a couple more coffee cups and glasses. We used them the night we arrived and had to reuse them the next morning before checking out....no time to wash dishes then.
Great place to stay Extremely clean. Nice staff. They helped us a ton when we needed more towels, bedding, etc... Nice washers and dryers. Good location. Overall a great value for the money.
The kitchen did not have pots, pans,silverware or even a coffee cup. All would be provided for an extra $60. The lobby was not open when I first arrived. No remote for the television.

The only thing this person asked at the front desk was if she needed to pay for the bloody pillow that she left. She was granted a courtesy for soiling the pillow. She never communicated any of these issues. For one night we have allowed guest use of the kitchen utensils. The desk was open when she arrived. Front desk had stepped away to check rooms. They were not at the desk very long before an associate arrived to check them in.

If I could rate this place below zero, I would—because even that wouldn’t do justice to how terrible my experience was. I am thoroughly disappointed with my stay and would strongly urge others to reconsider booking here. I feel the cleaning staff does the best they can with the condition of the units. Front counter gal DJ and mgr on staff were great! Our room was at the end of the hall and whatever was going on caused a vibration that would come and go. Would wake us up.

Old hotel I called and asked what type of coffee pot in the rooms was told Mr Coffee purchased everything for that. When we arrived was told no Coffee pots also no hair dryers. Rooms old kinda stale. You get what you pay for. Police action two doors down from our room. Smelled like packaging.
