the area is horrible, huge pot holes in the parking lot entrance.

Of all the hotels we have stayed this is by far the dirtiest room we have ever stayed in and most expensive on our weeks journey from NC to northern Wisconsin. Broken toilet, leaking sink and uncomfortable beds. Breakfast is a packaged muffin and coffee with powder creamer.

We booked through Expedia and when we arrived they weren’t able to give us a room. I’m pretty sure they overbooked. The guy was surprised we were checking in at 2AM, as if that made it ok not to give us a room. We had been at a party and didn’t want to drive back home at that hour. We’re lucky we’re from Chicago so we ended up getting home safe, but what they did was not ok 😡

I needed to stay over but only option was to stay two nights due to manager locking reservations for two nights due to Labor Day weekend. I stayed elsewhere that was cleaner and cheaper.

It stinks like pee inside the room, the facilities specially inside the room was really old as the bedding and towels. The “breakfast” were muffins (there were not enough, and coffee, which they didn’t have made. It was not cheap. But the worst was the smell, we turned off the AC, and opened the windows so the air could flow.

They overbooked the hotel. So, my terrible review is actually that we never got the rooms. AND, they sent us to another suburb of the same hotel. Guess what!!! They did not have rooms either. So, it was a total fail!
