The maintenance guy was extremely rude and very unprofessional.My tv wasn't working properly and he basically said it was my fault for using a firestick on it which I've been using every time I stay at an extended stay hotel.I also had drugged out females constantly knocking on my door asking to stay in my room.Ive been using extended stay hotels at various locations for over 10years.This is the last time I stay here.

Very stupid system. Do not expect any service from staff. No coffee, no food nearby too. Very hectic place

Not impressed Arrived just after 6pm. Room we were given hadn't been cleaned. Opened the door and turned around, right back to the checkin desk. After getting a second room, the bathroor doorknock fell off just opening the door. Told the front desk at checkout and wasn't offered even an apology. On the second floor and very noisy from the room above. Will not stay again and will not recommend.

There is nothing good to say about this property. Our non-smoking room smelled like cigarettes. You had to fill the toilet yourself if you wanted to flush it because the tank didnt fill. The TV didnt work. The air conditioner didnt work. Despite all of these issues, we didnt even have the option to switch rooms because the entire time we were on the property, there wasnt a single employee on site.

Not a good stay. Booked for 2 beds received room with 1 bed forcing myself and 3 kids in 1 bed tv not facing bed kids had no entertainment waited hours for a agent that was supposed to resolve the issue and received dial tone.. no one knows my situation and how hard I worked today to get this room for my children to have a safe place to sleep..
