The room is like a college dorm room. It was large but spartan. The only amenity was one bar of soap and four bath towels-no hair dryer, shampoo or conditioner. The kitchen was bare. One person in our group couldn’t get the shower to work, and there was no one working the front desk to help. We checked out a day early, even though we paid for the second night. The staff was friendly. Avoid staying here!
Never Again Never again. The room cleaness was substandar - the room stinked, the forniture was dusty, the kitchen dirty and floors sticky. The kitchen was unsuable - it is not minimally stocked and additional $60 are necessary to get the minimal kitchen gear, not including cleaning supplies nor coffee makers. Also, if you read that the place is an “hotel” that offers toiletries, it is innacurate. It was really dirty wasn’t cleaned there was spider webs and there was cockroaches we ch ft
The rooms were clean. But what they don’t advise is that they charge to use the cooking supplies that are advertised. I’ve stayed at Extended Stays before, but NEVER have been charged. I was frustrated about that! It was $20 for pot, pan and utensils. Then it was another $17 for ONE plate, ONE bowl, ONE spoon and fork. I chose not to spend this extra money, so it made my “extended stay” less inviting.
Very bad noise in hallway also hallway dirty and room smells
Horrible, felt like a 1 star motel, old looking place, never again.
The maintenance guy was extremely rude and very unprofessional.My tv wasn't working properly and he basically said it was my fault for using a firestick on it which I've been using every time I stay at an extended stay hotel.I also had drugged out females constantly knocking on my door asking to stay in my room.Ive been using extended stay hotels at various locations for over 10years.This is the last time I stay here.

Very stupid system. Do not expect any service from staff. No coffee, no food nearby too. Very hectic place
