There were no cups in the bathroom and no coffee service. I asked for a cup and staff could not provide one for me. I didn’t need the kitchens but had I planned on using it I would have been disappointed. The kitchen had Nothing in it to use it. ??? A disappointing experience overall. But the staff was nice.
Nice facility The facility was clean, quiet and comfortable ... what more can you ask? I'm just glad I didn't need dishes or flatware or cooking utensils as those things incur extra charges.

I arrived at 14:00 🕑, and even though check in was at 15:00 🕒, I was allowed to check in one hour early

Very unusual entry service area. Very small lobby and furnishings. Shady appearance of personnel and tenants. Dark and dingy hallways and Poor maintenance.
