Good for business travel Helpful at the front desk in setting up a cab, free breakfast was appreciated, in house washer and dryer and vending was nice for amount paid!

Nye experience I expected a lot of drunk people because I went on NYE. They should have had more than 1 person at the front desk on such a busy night. The room was Ok. Bed was terribly uncomfortable. Felt like I was sleeping on a cardboard box. Flat and worn blankets. They need to update the bedding.

SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE REVIEWS My girlfriend and I decided to go to Chicago for the weekend and found this hotel and noticed it had some questionable reviews. My girlfriend was wary but I booked the room anyways. Turns out, it was one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in (I've been to Cancun, Jamaica, and Hawaii). Clogged Toilet Our toilet was clogged and we told the front desk twice. They never did anything about it.

Worth it! Great stay for a good price. Wonderful location, you're right by everything. The bed isn't the most comfortable but for the price it was well worth taking Aleve!
Good place Stayed 3 nights. Would stay there again. Toilet seat was loose, the stopper for the bathroom sink needed repaired and the knob to the bathroom door was loose as well. All in all, very good for the price. Liked having a little more than just a bed and bath for the price.
