stayed for a week Worked in Chicagoland for a week, nice to cook and eat in.

Very Comfortable Hotel...Staff is Inexperienced Th Very nice property. Staff are clueless young 20 somethings.
Good for business travel Helpful at the front desk in setting up a cab, free breakfast was appreciated, in house washer and dryer and vending was nice for amount paid!

Nye experience I expected a lot of drunk people because I went on NYE. They should have had more than 1 person at the front desk on such a busy night. The room was Ok. Bed was terribly uncomfortable. Felt like I was sleeping on a cardboard box. Flat and worn blankets. They need to update the bedding.

SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE REVIEWS My girlfriend and I decided to go to Chicago for the weekend and found this hotel and noticed it had some questionable reviews. My girlfriend was wary but I booked the room anyways. Turns out, it was one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in (I've been to Cancun, Jamaica, and Hawaii). It had a full kitchen and the front desk said to call if I needed any cooking utensils. I loved the hotel. If you're on a slim budget like we were, this place will more than exceed your expectations. Clogged Toilet Our toilet was clogged and we told the front desk twice. They never did anything about it.
