Excellent for the price The room was basic, but had everything I would expect from an Extended Stay. The customer service was great, and it was reasonably noise free. The downfalls were the fact that the internet service was not free, and it was as slow as dial-up. The cable service was minimal offering 5 channels of ESPN, but limited other cable channels. Also, if someone near you cooks something strong smelling, your room will reek of it too.

Average Hotel, Good price We were staying overnight from St. Louis just to pick up a new Kitchen from IKEA, so our objective was a clean but cheap hotel. The hotel is no frills. Our room was OK, sheets were thin. There was a kitchenette and frig. For the price, it was a good hotel for us. Nothing fancy and basic. The price was good considering other hotels in the area were charging $20 or more for a room. Outdated but suited our needs. Needs updates The first room I was put in was terrible. Not clean, stained floors, many things broken. I called the front desk and asked for a working remote control and he never got back to me. The next day I spoke to the girl at the front desk, and she was very polite. She moved me to a different room and that one was much better. The second room didn't have stains all over the floors and looked like it had been updated recently.

Great Room for the Price Hotel is an older location, but conveniently located, comfortable, quiet and great for the price compared to area hotels - nice for a quick, local getaway; friendly staff and ample parking surrounding hotel, with multiple entrance doors.

Has kitchen- its dirty and run down Pros: Has kitchen with pots,pans, plates, etc Shower has nice pressure Close to a bunch of restaurants and about 5M from a nice mall Cons: The hotel is run down Old furniture, thin sheets and towels Small TV with few channels (no HBO, HGTV, History, TLC, etc) The cleaning crew is awful, counters have coffee stays, hair on the bathroom, etc. No shampoo
