Basic Room had very basic amenities. Good heat & hot water. No shampoo. No usb charging. Front desk hours made check-out very inconvenient.

It was so dirty, I walked out 5 minutes after walking in. I tried to cancel my reservation.

I was not allowed to stay . Said the rooms not available even after I had pre-booked reservation. And I am trying to get refund from Expedia since then . However not able to reach Expedia customer service. I had to book another hotel that night at higher rate and 25 miles away from my destination. Really unsatisfied with the hotel . If you don’t smoke you may think you do after Smelled like cigarettes from the time you get off the elevator and the room was bad also. I stayed up 2 nights out of 5. Got the hell out of there. Totally a waste of money

The bathroom was not clean at all, there was a lot of hairs on the sink and tub, and the room in general was not that clean
