It could have been better.. It took nearly an hour to check in. A combination of inattentive staff, and having to go through three rooms to find one clean and without any maintenance issues. How hard is it to clean a fridge. Carpets are in severe need of a deep clean. I was very unimpressed with the general staff demeanor. I would rather be somewhere else than at work was very evident. It's fine. The room was clean, the facilities are decent. This is definitely not a customer service oriented sort of place--nothing outrageous, but clearly, no one here takes any pride in their job, or understands that they are part of the "hospitality industry". There were a bunch of strung out kids hanging out outside at all hours day and night, smoking and makes me wonder if it is a drug den sort of living place. Overall great for the price. Pillows could have been better and thermal blankets were very hard

Just ok Room could have been cleaner. Rust on counter. Nice to have a kitchen but we didn't use it. Location was isolated from restaurants. Cable channels were confusing on the dated TV be sure to use the alternative sheet on the night stand. Elevator sounded scary.
