. Upon arrival Wi-Fi & lights didn't work. Had to ask them to clean up the mess the handy man left including bug carcasses. No amenities in shower/bath area- no dishes, pots, pans - had to ask for everything. Breakfast was a joke - granola bars? Coffee only offered with nasty french vanilla and sugary creamers. As a diabetic, I was unable to partake of anything they offered. There is zero ambiance and NOTHING within walking distance. ESA, Meh You get what you pay for...two star rate, two star accommodations. Cleanliness a bit to be desired. No oulets at the night stand (click and bed lights weren't/couldn't even be plugged in.

Dirty Room Dirty room. Fridge not cleaned out. Microwave not clean. Saw a bug. Bed not comfy.no oven. A burner didnt heat up. Brown residue on fridge. Asked to switch to 2 double bed toom. I was told the rooms were filled. Hours later I saw people checking with no previous reservation. Do not stay here ever.

The room wasn't really clean, the counter and desk surfaces were sticky with cup rings. But it was comfortable beyond that!

The room was dirty. Food in the sink and the bathroom mirror had toothpaste splatter all over it. We asked for a new room but they were full so we had to go to another extended stay in Lombard. The Lombard room was clean.

Dissapointed. Room was good and clean. Refrigerator dirty and old and needs replacement. Bathroom shower stained. Strange occurance. Front desk said I made 4.phone calls and one for $45 to a 900 number. I made no calls on room phone. Use my own phone. They agreed to not charge me but I asked what time calls made. Who had access to room if employee needs to fire them. Smell of marijuana from either employee room nearby or other guest. No smoking rooms!

Too many ....Bed bugs We booked three rooms in September 9th and 10th in this hotel...in one room, too many bed bugs and they bitten my cousin.In the middle of the night we went and complained in reception and she gave the other room,that is very bad then the first one....Next day we complained to reception and she gave mangers number to discuss.We called Manager and explained everything,she replied as they will take care and to satisfy us,she said they will send one free stay coupon ,we followed for couple of times for the ... read more

dirty and gross. When we got to our room I threw back the bedspread and the sheets were dirty....the maid had made the bed without changing the sheets....disgusting! There were popcorn kernels in the bed and the sheets were all wrinkled. You had to ask for the coffee pot and coffee. No breakfast, when I was booking the online info said free breakfast...the lobby was dirty too. Will NOT stay here again.
