Cheap - expect less than what you pay for Checking in was a problem, they had my paid reservation but charged me again. The clerk kept waiting on people coming to the desk so check in took well over 1/2 hour. The room was dirty, sticky floors, windows that you couldn't see out, two lamps didn't work, stove was broken, refrigerator made a very loud noise when cycling, towels were torn and sheets bare thread. Scary, dirty and sad. I had a late arrival after a long work day and drive. The young lady at the desk was very nice. I had to drive around the building twice before I could determine the entrance. The room was in bad shape although the bathroom was clean. The kitchen had nothing...no coffee maker, no silverware and not even a cup or glass for water. Worst experience This was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel. I booked on Hotels.com the night before my stay and paid when I booked. When I arrived to the hotel the next night (around 9:45 PM), the girl at the front informed me that a staff member had cancelled my booking earlier that morning and the hotel was currently completely booked. Poor customer Service poor customer service. Beds weren't fully made and didn't have all the blankets and pillows in the room when when we got there. They had no extra pillows shampoo tooth paste since we forgot it. The breakfast it not good at all. Not worth what I paid for at all. Will not stay at a extended stay again. Super 8 is better and half the price

Don't expect much I stayed for one night. I had booked a one queen bed room and at the check in the girl informed they were overbooked and "upgraded" me to a two double beds room. It was just me, so there was no need of two beds and I ended up sleeping in a smaller bed. The room was pretty clean, nice small kitchen and decent bathroom. Although there was no dishes or silverware in the kitchen and it seems like you have to pay extra if you want those in the room, I didn't risk asking for those. Didn't feel safe, and double lock your doors Poor management, lack in caring or training. Didn't feel safe in the hallways as a female training on bussiness. Feel like someone had entered my room while I was gone and moved or was looking for something of value.

Mediocre experience The room was clean, but most of the staff were inattentive and seemed disinterested in our needs. The cookware and dishes were inadequate & utensils for washing the dishes were not provided. We were forced to purchase some for ourselves at a nearby store.

Noisy !!! Dogs barked the entire time. No washcloths. Dogs barking constantly and a staff that really just didn't care unless you plan to stay for years.
