The worst I have experienced. Got there at 1 AM with my family, they gave us a room, opened the room door and somebody was in bed, they double booked it. They gave us another room, as soon as we opened the door you could smell the humidity. They couldn't give us another one because it was the only one left. Had to spray half bottle of fabreeze. It was really noise, everyone had parties going on and nobody would shut them up. There free breakfast is coffee and apples. When leaving, had to walk all the way around the building ... read more

Nice room, but service was chaotic Maybe we just hit a busy night, but the earlier shift had left our front desk person with a ton of stuff to do and things in the hotel in general seemed disorganized. We've stayed at other Extended Stays that are run a whole lot more efficiently than this one. I think they were having some computer problems too because check in was on poorly copied papers.

Business stay The cabinets and drawers were dirty and the floor was sticky.

The room was clean, but needed some work done. The room needed some work done on it. The room door took several tries to get in each time, I was afraid when getting back late I might not get in. No toilet paper holder, the counter top was peeling off I caught my blouse on it.
