Convenient, nice place to stay For the price, this was well worth the stay. Comfortable bed, quiet and easy to get to. Only issue was the slow staff at check in.
Only as last resort from all the others The hotel was decent however when I first got there it was no staff member at the front desk I waited for an entire hour to be checked in and then when I got to the room two of the lights did not work I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and not once did a cleaning lady come in to clean my room while I was out. however when I asked for an extended stay in the area I was in it took me farther than where I was trying to go. and Expedia did not book me at the location that I needed to be in
It was a short stay, but the hotel was convenient and efficient.. Its far from the best hotel I have stayed in, and I didn't rate it high, but it was exactly what I needed and I would stay there again for business.
It is what it is... I worked a full day, had a few hours off and had to be back at work. So, I looked for a cheap place to stay rather than fighting Chicago traffic. I got a great rate here, so I took it. Not a bad place. Staff was friendly, close to the expressway, restaurants and shopping. The only issue I had was that I paid for a queen room. I have a massive king bed at home and forgot what a queen bed is like, but I'd swear that this bed was a bit small.
No ice machines in this hotel.

Overall stay was fine for the couple nights if you just need a place to sleep. They need to do better job with maintenance though. Shower head was spraying water outside the curtains and frig was leaking water on the floor. Cover sheet on the bed should have been washed cause there was a unpleasant looking stain on it, to put it kindly.
