Very Good Staff (Bradley) The Staff at this location are really good. Especially Bradley the front desk manager is one of the best that I have ever worked with. Even though there are minor issues with the room occasionally, the staff are always there to help immediately.
Clean hotel & have digital AC controller. Remove fans or old type air controllers

No Silverware Last time I stayed at an Extended Stay there was complimentary silverware, pots, and pans. But at this one there was no such thing. I was a bit disappointed about that, but I digress. The Wifi was strong and the bed was comfortable. I'd stay again.

good price for hotel room i am not a complainer but if I'm honest this hotel was just mediocre. The front desk staff was not the friendliest and acted as if I was inconveniencing him. The towels are like sand paper and the bed is kinda rough. but everything was clean!

Decent for the price not on a main street but still convenient. Wish service was faster but I believe there was only one person on duty in the evening.

Excellent Value for your money! Best price to comfort hotel i have ever stayed in. Very clean rooms and a very helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is quite a distance from downtown Chicago.
