Nice hotel in a quiet area near the highway The hotel was accessible, close to a restaurant I could walk to and the staff was very accomodating. I was not able to get Channel 11 on the TV but that was something that did not distress me. I appreciated the large icebox and I would return again with food I could cook.

Nice room, but service was chaotic Maybe we just hit a busy night, but the earlier shift had left our front desk person with a ton of stuff to do and things in the hotel in general seemed disorganized. We've stayed at other Extended Stays that are run a whole lot more efficiently than this one. I think they were having some computer problems too because check in was on poorly copied papers.
BAD DRAWERS EVERYTHING WAS FINE EXCEPT THE INSIDE OF THE DRAWERS WAS YUCKY. THE STAFF WAS VERY GOOD AND HELPFULL EXCEPT THE LATE NIGHT MANAGER WHEN I CHECKED IN. HE WAS NOT AT THE FRONT DESK AND THE PHONE DIDN'T WORK WHEN I TRYED TO CALL HIM. I HAD TO CALL THE MAIN HOTEL NUMBER AND THEY COULDN'T REACH HIM. HE FINALLY SHOWED UP AT THE FRONT DESK AND SMELLED LIKE HE HADN'T BATHED THIS YEAR.

The worst I have experienced. Got there at 1 AM with my family, they gave us a room, opened the room door and somebody was in bed, they double booked it. They gave us another room, as soon as we opened the door you could smell the humidity. They couldn't give us another one because it was the only one left. Had to spray half bottle of fabreeze.
