Nine out of ten! Great room at a very good rate. The only negative would be that shampoo and such is not provided and internet is not free!

Homestead Chicago- Naperville My stay was awesome! The only problem I had was the Wi-Fi. I payed 5 additional dollars for it and my connection was weak. The was my only problem.

Run-down appearing room in need of updating and modernization. Curtains barely hanging on rods. Although most nice to have kitchenette, no silverware or utensils in the room. Bathroom sink plug leaver taped up and had to call maintenance to fix issue. Weather cold and hotel clerk noted they only had one blanket to give me for the night.

Not polite or accommodating to guests When we checked in we were charged for Internet before even being asked if we wanted it or needed it ... We had also requested to check out an hour later since we would be getting in late , we were told that there shouldn't be a problem just to double check in the morning . When I called in the morning I was rudely told that there was no late check out available on the weekends , if I had been aware of that I would have planned my night a little differently , in the end we ended up leavi... read more
