Excellent Customer Service The hotel staff offered an upgrade as my original room had some maintenance problem at the time of check-in.

It works for the price The location and price is great, but you won't necessarily get a very good nights sleep. The beds aren't the most comfortable.

Affordable, very nice place I was very satisfied. I just needed an affordable place for a couple of nights, and I found this hotel very satisfactory. I didn't use the kitchenette, but if I had the time, it would have been a real money saver to be able to make a couple of simple meals there. The room was very clean and I had no problems at all. I would definitely stay here again.

ok for the money The front desk staff was very friendly and the room appeared to be clean until I opened the shower curtain! There was mold/mildew along the tile sealant and the floor of the tub basin was visibly dirty. The rest of the room was very clean with a large closet, full size refrigerator and functional kitchen. Good TV channels, but don't forget your flip-flops for the shower.

Nine out of ten! Great room at a very good rate. The only negative would be that shampoo and such is not provided and internet is not free!

Homestead Chicago- Naperville My stay was awesome! The only problem I had was the Wi-Fi. I payed 5 additional dollars for it and my connection was weak. The was my only problem.
