Great stay and good price. Places to eat were not in walking distance but overall a very comfortable place.

Staycation letdown Be warned, this hotel does not have a pool or a real complimentary breakfast. The "pool" is a temporary use of LA Fitness and the breakfast is coffee and chewy bars. It was a letdown for my party because we were just on a 30 mile away from home vaca but if you're just looking for a bed in a room in Naperville, then this is for you.

Daily cleaning of the room needs to be included (making of the bed, towel service, and disposal of garbage) or cheaper prices for no service.

i cant believe they didnt provide shampoo heater didnt keep the room at constant temp, 70F was okay during the day but it really dropped at nite and the heater couldnt keep up the heater was right under the window so when the fan went on it blew the curtains so first floor was a peep show until i weighted the curtains down with pants hangars but the corker was no shampoo!1 i had to buy little packets out of a vending machine

Overall good enough So, i would have rated service higher if i could have changed a few things. So everyone I interacted with was nice. Even the seeming owner/manager was really nice, but his English was so bad it was hard to communicate. I had even called the hotel before getting there and we had such a hard time communicating, he just finally hung up. But really everyone was nice.
