Spartan but satisfactory You get a bed, bath, TV and basic kitchen for a good price. No service or amenities, but I slept well.

Not far from the hospital my mother-in-law was in. Bed was not very comfortable - room could stand to be upgraded with brighter colors, furniture, and carpet was definately not clean. Room was a little depressing

this is a great no frills hotel We had a great time staying at the Homestead. Within 15 minutes of our arrival we received a phone call from the front desk making sure that everything was ok.

The room had a funny, overly antiseptic and over air freshener-ed smell to it. I opened the window to try to dissipate the smell but there was plastic over the window from some renovation going on. The highway is relatively close to the hotel, so I could hear traffic all night long. Not my best night's sleep.
