Run-down appearing room in need of updating and modernization. Curtains barely hanging on rods. Although most nice to have kitchenette, no silverware or utensils in the room. Bathroom sink plug leaver taped up and had to call maintenance to fix issue. Weather cold and hotel clerk noted they only had one blanket to give me for the night.

Not polite or accommodating to guests When we checked in we were charged for Internet before even being asked if we wanted it or needed it ... We had also requested to check out an hour later since we would be getting in late , we were told that there shouldn't be a problem just to double check in the morning . When I called in the morning I was rudely told that there was no late check out available on the weekends , if I had been aware of that I would have planned my night a little differently , in the end we ended up leavi... read more

A nice place to stay I have no complaints about this Homestead motel. The price fit my needs very nicely. The room was clean and provided me with a nice place to stay. The location was great for me to access the places I needed to visit. The staff was friendly and helpful when I would ask questions and they laughed at my silly jokes (always a plus). My reason for being in the area was to visit family.

Nice location and clean but Everything worked out fine for a full service room. I had a refrigerator, Microwave, and kitchen setting so thi was nice to prepare for a week long stay. The bed however was as hard as rock. I did not sleep very well. Parking was fine. Location was fine, the people were fine.

Homestead - Naperville, Il I know that this was an extended stay hotel, but I was somewhat disappointed.It was clean and comfortable but I would at least expected a coffe service in the lobby and some vending machines! It was located in an office building development and it was not convenient to find a store.
