Great Value, Not so nice Staff We stay here often. Some girls at the front desk are very nice but some of the other guys are rude. The room is clean for the most part and the cost is very reasonable for what you get.

Will pick somewhere closer next time Location was about a 50 minute drive from downtown Chicago (I was in town for a concert). Room could have been cleaner (there was black hair randomly around the room, including under the sheets on the bed; the cabinets could use a good scrubbing). Good value during winter Not good value during Sprint & summer. Most staff members are nice but a couple are not. Rooms are new and the Internet is pretty decent. We stayed there a few times on January & checked in late at night, we had no warm blankets and were unable to get assistance @ night. Other than that its our place of preference.

Easy on and off the highway Great choice amongst numerous hotels in the area. Comfortable, clean and love the kitchenette, a must in travel when you don't care to eat out for every meal. Will definitely consider staying here again when in the area.

Good for family or couples Hotel experience was nice. Very homey my child didn't want to leave.
