Couples night out Kitchen was fully equipped which was very nice! Felt very comfortable there!

Okay, but nothing special. There was no hair dryer in the room, the breakfast was quite sad, the staff was not friendly, the room was very clean, but the pillows were not comfortable. Price and location were strong, so I know I'll stay again - just an OK experience.

OK for a quick layover. We had some issues finding the hotel entrance. They had the main lobby entrance blocked off because of new concrete. We drove around the building 3 times looking for another entrance but only saw a back door that was propped open. We parked and went inside to find the temporary main entrance. The gal that told us where it was had a bit of an attitude and went back in when I asked her to show me where it was. I assume she was manning the front desk and couldn't be gone for long. good value for money The hotel was well situated for our visit to Naperville. There were enough shops and restaurants within a 2 mile drive. The self catering facilities were basic but adequate for making light meals and the room was functional rather than luxurious. We did have a few problems with the room during our 14 day stay but the maintenance team were prompt and efficient. Basically sound choice No problems found. Pretty much what I was expecting. Very convenient to strip mall shopping and highway. It is set back off of Route 59 a little, but within first commercial block of SE corner of Route 59 and Diehl Rd, so just circle the industrial block and you can't miss it.
