well-kept A little bit out of the way, but everything was well-maintained and clean. Only complaint is that they didn't have a packet of shampoo provided in the room like most hotels. The Extended Stay locations are meant for long-duration visits, so they probably expect you to bring your own. Still, I think one day's worth is useful so that you can go out and buy your own later, if needed.

Missing the "Little things" So, for the rate I guess the hotel is okay. The rooms are good sized, and they include some amenities like dishes and pans for the extended stay traveler. But there were a few other things that were missing that were frustrating! I stayed in a smoking room, but there were no ashtrays in the room. Also the remote was missing, and the phone still had messages from the previous guest on it. Extended Stay America Chicago-Rolling Meadow Room was perfect for me. The kitchen was imaculate and complete with eating and cooking utensils. The price was very reasonable and only minutes from Arlington Race Track for my attendance of the Arlington Million Mile race on Saturday.

Just ok... It's a roof over your head if you need a place to stay for a short period of time. Pro - The full kitchen is convenient. Con - I could hear the person above me walking around and the air conditioner unit was loud. Bring your own bath towel if you stay because their towels are stained. I brought my own toiletries. They do not have a hair dryer despite what the CS rep told me.

Will always be the First to Consider Location, Condition & rate! Minutes away from the largest shopping mall in Chicago Land; 20 minutes from O'Hare Airport. Cleanliness is inside out. Internet and cable TV are within your reach. Should a Breakfast room is added, this location will get the Three Stars Category!

Please Read: Many Troubles I arrived around 7 pm on a Sunday for a business convention in the area. When I was walking in, multiple shady-looking fellows were eyeing me as I entered from outside the lobby. Once I got to the lobby, they checked me in, and I received two key cards. My room was fine. However, there is a small soap bar; bring your own soap and shampoo. Also, they lied about breakfast on this app. There is no breakfast.
