Extremely dirty room This was the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in my life.. bathroom was filthy. hair all over. Fridge had fungus. disgusting
DO NOT STAY Checked in and found a smoking room after booking a non-smoking room. Room smelled of urine, poor customer service, we checked out early.
Unpleasant Our stay at the Extended Stay in Rolling Meadows was not pleasant. From check-in to check-out, we felt uncomfortable. It started with the somewhat unfriendly man behind the counter, who informed us that we could have a non-smoking room but only on a smoking floor. He continued to lecture us about how the Extended Stay works, in terms of housekeeping and payment, without letting us get a word in edge-wise. Unbeatable deals Great deal!
DIRTY We arrived and had to wait for our room to be cleaned but when we checked in, our room was filthy. Hair in the tub and sink and spit in the sink. We complained to 2 managers and neither did anything about it. We thought maybe they would comp us the $4.99 fee for the internet, at least, but they didn't even offer to clean our room. I cleaned the bathroom before we could take a shower. Bad service and unclean room.
Not Impressed No Water at times, not best of the services and you have to pay for internet charges as well
