Good value Room was large and clean. Staff was very friendly and allowed a late check out. Hotel was in a pretty built up area, so there were plenty of food and shopping choices. Would stay there again.

Smelly, Smoky and Unsanitary. We asked for a non-smoking room and were given a fabreezed smoking room - complete with ashtray. We managed to change room from one with two queen beds to one with a queen bed and a sofa-bed. The bathroom in the new room had several sticky patches of dried urine on the floor. The floor was also littered with pubic hairs.

Great Location- Excellent Price The Hotel is located around several restaurants and a shopping mall. There are several rooms newly renovated. I highly suggest you request the newer rooms. The older rooms are ok for a quick overnite stay...but if staying longer def request a newer room. Older rooms do not have updated furniture/appliances. There are 'actual tenants' living in the hotel short term with large animals that can bark all nite on certain floors. Great hotel for the price. It was clean, and close to the interstate. Very nice for the price. I would stay here again.

AN okay stay If your looking for a cheap suite for the family than this will do. Its located in an area with lots of resteraunts , ect.

great long term stay property clean convienent and comfortable describes this hotel. while working in covington for 3 moths this is my home base. always clean and convient to area restaurants and shopping

Excellent price. Clean room. Hotel is not new, so things look used. Did not see roaches like past guest. Friendly staff. Close to all stores and freeway. Nice to have convenience of kitchen.

Great Value for the Money!! Something people need to understand is that this is NOT a conventional hotel. These are basically efficiency apartments designed for a longer stay than just a night or two. My room was clean and quiet and comfortable and a tremendous value for the money, considering I could have stayed in a Motel 6 with nowhere near the amenities for only a few dollars less per night. Bad Hotel It was terrible we asked for a late check in and we never even got to check in there was no one at the desk to let us in that was one of the worst experiences I have ever had.
