Check in desk 133235660530 Very disappointed in the front desk personnel. As you can see I booked 2 rooms in 2 names. Paid in full. Second party was checking in approximately 45 minutes after we checked in. Upon their arrival told no room and none left to offer. After driving through horrible driving conditions and then told this would make anyone upset. Second party had to go back to her car (exhausted) to find paperwork. Comes back in still no room. Easy to find off the highway The room was clean. Spacious. Bed was comfortable. I would recommend it to travelers

Great place to stay We picked this hotel because it was in between the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter. It was a nice place to stay and in safe area. The hotel staff were all very kind and accommodating.
Excellent Service Arrived in the afternoon and when we left for dinner we made sure the air conditioner was set to cool the room. When we returned it had not cooled. Tried everything but nothing worked. Called the front desk and within a few minutes Pam arrived and agreed with us. She called us after going back to the front desk in less than 10 minutes and had a room for us to move to. The hotel was tucked away behind a Meijer The stay was very enjoyable. The room we had was huge, since we booked 2 queen and a sofabed. The sofa bed was very comfortable, and it looked to be almost brand new. Our phone didn't work in the room, but was not too much an issue since we all have cell phones. The staff was very polite and helpful. Never encountered anyone that didn't greet me. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Not Your Usual Hotel Very spacious rooms. Comfortable and unique with a kitchenette that allows you to make meals in your room. Hotel was under construction so it was a little dusty. Has a lot of potential to be in a nice hotel and looks like they're working towards doing it. however, if you're looking for a good breakfast you won't find it here. They only offer coffee and a few snacks like granola bars and muffins for breakfast.

Avoid at all cost. Signs in lobby say no smoking anywhere and pardon our dust during remodel. Smells like wet cigars permeate the area. Those were soon overpowered by the chemical cloud provided by the pest control man who parked 4 feet from the entrance. That was later surpassed by very strong odors from tile or carpet glues. Dust was not visible. Chunks of drywall and carpet clipping in main hallway remained undisturbed long after any contractors were done for the day. Room?
