Nice hotel close to aerport, mall, restaurants. very good hotel All the workers are very good especially Kevin. Very clean very comfortable. We rent the apartment for a resolves. for my Niece who moved to Cleveland, Ohio for Hurricane Maria in PR. the price was very good, 2 months. Thanks to everyone who works at the Hotel.

Not so great After making online reservation, I walked to reception and they said they don't have any rooms available but offered room in smoking zone flowers, later that night I couldn't stand smell and called reception then apparently they got another room in 4th floor which is no smoking. I wonder why I was not offered that room in the first place. Better staff makes better impressions Overall it's Alright Thanks

Nice hotel for a quick stay Room was clean but reeked of smoke. Good for a sleeping but not hanging out in. If you plan on exploring Cleveland and not staying in the room long this is the place for you.
