Good value for the money My stay was only 2 nights but they were quite enjoyable. The room was clean, i.e., no dust or bedbugs, and the bed was comfortable. The fridge, freezer, tv, and alarm clock all worked. I didn't use the microwave or stove burners. With the lights out it was really comfortably dark for sleeping with no light-bleed from the window or the hallway. The room temperature was comfortable enough that I never bothered the controls. The room was clean and tidy. It is very simple but provided for us what we needed as we traveled between Cleveland Clinic and the Extended Stay Suites. Our big complaint was smoke smell many times in the building while we were there, especially on one particular night. It is a no smoking in building premise, but evidently not strictly followed. Underwhelming Arrived a little before 9 PM and it took multiple phone calls to raise a clerk who then took nearly ten minutes to arrive at the front desk. Found long dark hairs in the bed despite nobody in our family having long dark hair. No shampoo, only one bar of soap. Complimentary carry out breakfast was supposed to run until 9:30 but at 9:15 there was no sign of it or of staff to direct us to it. Shower only got warm at best. Weird smell throughout, particularly in the elevator.
