I would say everything was ok for the price.

The heating/cooling unit was very loud and kept waking me up. Other guests in the halls kept waking me up. The toilet is not well seated/sealed. It "rocked" every time you got up from it. There is a burn in the kitchenette countertop that was ugly.

Didnt feel cozy.. no carpet.. For the money it felt cheap.. no one running the front desk..
