It is ok for a 2-start hotel. Air conditioner is too noisy that made us barely could go sleep.

Stayed one night. Was clean but no amenities...not even a hair dryer. Should have realized this when viewing the photos. No interaction with staff. Would probably not stay there again as we could have stayed elsewhere for the same price and had morecthan 2 towels.

My fall stay in Mentor Ohio I had a good stay. There are food places nearby, and the price was worth the amenities that were included with my room. I would recommend it to others.

Desk staff helpful upon arrival, but only at the front desk from approx. 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Annoying the last morning--service staff knocked twice before 11 a.m. check-out. If they need to know if guests have left, then perhaps 'do not disturb' signs for doors should be available.

Very nice.... This is the 3rd time staying here. I'm happy that Value Place can now be part of a package with Expedia. I will stay here every time I come to Cleveland. I feel safe coming and going at all hours of the day. The Staff is super friendly and helpful.
