My fall stay in Mentor Ohio I had a good stay. There are food places nearby, and the price was worth the amenities that were included with my room. I would recommend it to others.

Desk staff helpful upon arrival, but only at the front desk from approx. 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Annoying the last morning--service staff knocked twice before 11 a.m. check-out. If they need to know if guests have left, then perhaps 'do not disturb' signs for doors should be available.

Very nice.... This is the 3rd time staying here. I'm happy that Value Place can now be part of a package with Expedia. I will stay here every time I come to Cleveland. I feel safe coming and going at all hours of the day. The Staff is super friendly and helpful.

Bed too hard! The front desk clerk was excellent. The room was clean and well maintained. Sound came from the room above, and next door to me and made it difficult to sleep. Poor cable tv stations, and the water taste awful. Great location, near movies, dollar store, and plenty of restaurants.

Overbooked? Ridiculous! I call the day of our stay because we were attending a wedding and would not be arriving to the hotel until after midnight. They could not guarantee our rooms after 9p.m. So, we made a special trip there before the wedding (out of the way) Thank god we did because the hotel was overbooked! We witnessed the women giving someone someone's reserved room that did not have a reservation. With our reservations in hand, she tried to tell us she was going to have a problem and she blamed Expedia for overbooki... read more
