Good bang for the buck !! I was there for a class reunion and decided at the last minute to stay and picked your hotel for this price. It was very clean for the price....bed not to comfy but for $60 it was just right. Guy who checked me in should be told NOT to announce the room number outloud when there are other people in the lobby.

Simple, but comfortable This is one of those "barebones" hotels, but it is very clean and comfortable. The rates are low, so you don't get housecleaning every day, but things start out very clean, and if you need anything, the staff is very accommodating. There is a large fridge, a microwave and 2 burner stove. Pots and pans are available if you want them. I found the bed to be very comfortable. It's close to several fast-food places and a couple of regular restaurants.

Value place to stay It's clean and affordable. We use the burner to cook the oatmeal. The Fairport Harbor museum is nearby. There are various restaurants we can choose from. We love Chipotle and Ruby Tuesday. I strongly recommend people to stay at Value Place Cleveland, OH (Mentor)

PRETTY BARE BONES AS FAR AS AMENITIES GO HOTEL STAFF WAS FRIENDLY AND FOR OUR PURPOSES IT WAS LOCATED CONVENIENTLY FOR US.

You have to take out your own garbage. No maid service unless you stay for more than 2 weeks. You have to pay for WiFi service that didn't work.
