A1 service best hotel in CS We’re actually still staying here as I write this, but we flew into Colorado to move permanently. I booked through hotels.com but once we arrived with all of our luggage at 10:30pm the staff informed us that they had been overbooked by another website. Thanks. However they sat with us for almost an hour calling every hotel in Colorado Springs finding that everything was booked solid. This place is pretty new and clean so you may expect a grade A experience. Unfortunately they have the lowest price for a long term stay hotel in the area so they attract some less pleasant tenants. The nice family above us seemed to be moving furniture and we heard dragging sounds until 3 AM and heard the “dad” yelling at wife or kids (we weren’t sure). To provide this low price they offer almost no housekeeping service (you can request it once a week, NO free WIFI (despite what the description states free WiFi is in common... read more

This hotel was okay for the price. Be prepared to bring everything. Only one pillow per person and it was very flat and uncomfortable. No shampoo, conditioner, or body wash is provided. There isnt a coffee pot or lamp. Also you only get two towels at a time and have to exchange them to get new ones. You can hear everything that happens whether its outside in the hallway or above you and one night we heard a dog howling most of the night. Also the room smelled like old smoke.
