This hotel was okay for the price. Be prepared to bring everything. Only one pillow per person and it was very flat and uncomfortable. No shampoo, conditioner, or body wash is provided. There isnt a coffee pot or lamp. Also you only get two towels at a time and have to exchange them to get new ones. You can hear everything that happens whether its outside in the hallway or above you and one night we heard a dog howling most of the night. Also the room smelled like old smoke. Its okay for the price The check in lady was nice, but she kept feeling the need to explain that "this is an extended stay hotel. Ot doesnt have amenities like other hotels." However, I ha e stayed at extended stay hotels before that have plenty of amenities, even breakfast. That beging said, the workers are nice. It is in a great location, not too far from the Garden of God. No breakfast, coffee, soaps, pans, plates, utensils. You have to directly trade out your towels at the front desk. Nice sized room but there weren't any supplies for the kitchen. So we couldn't make anything that we had brought along.

Should not be advertised as a hotel I think advertising this facility as a "hotel" is a little deceiving. When I stay at a hotel I get toilet paper, towels, hair dryer, coffee pot, etc. Even though the website says the small appliances available upon request they weren't. The refrigerator in the room was filthy, so was the bathroom. Had to go to front desk to request toilet paper as well as towels. Check and stuff was okay but not very friendly. Lots of dogs barking, room was clean but lots of dust, window seals were dirty, and the bed frame was disgusting. No kitchen utensils unless you paid extra. Shady looking people hanging around there.

My fave! It's perfect, got a kitchen in every room, no hassle with deposits and it's perfectly affordable . I use this hotel as often as I can. Its clean quiet and calm. The only down fall is motel 6 next door and their ruckus but usually every one from there keeps a distance. The whole building is locked .
