Good place for long stay. Clean, delivers exactly as promised: Extended stay hotel offering facilities for cooking, working, relaxing, sleeping. Not fancy yet a nice place to stay. Surprisingly quite. Inside noise was minimal and adjacent freeway noise was somehot blocked. Only complaint was that the door closer mechanism to the stairwell fire door was broken so the door slammed with an explosive crash every time it closed. Happened day and night. I check other doors and they worked fine.

A1 service best hotel in CS We’re actually still staying here as I write this, but we flew into Colorado to move permanently. I booked through hotels.com but once we arrived with all of our luggage at 10:30pm the staff informed us that they had been overbooked by another website. Thanks. However they sat with us for almost an hour calling every hotel in Colorado Springs finding that everything was booked solid. This place is pretty new and clean so you may expect a grade A experience. Unfortunately they have the lowest price for a long term stay hotel in the area so they attract some less pleasant tenants. The nice family above us seemed to be moving furniture and we heard dragging sounds until 3 AM and heard the “dad” yelling at wife or kids (we weren’t sure). To provide this low price they offer almost no housekeeping service (you can request it once a week, NO free WIFI (despite what the description states free WiFi is in common... read more
