Budget Colorado Springs Great price! Comfortable, clean, AC worked great, full size fridge amd microwave. No maid service and only 2 towels that you have to exchange if you want fresh ones. I also wish they would ay least empty the trash and refresh the toilet paper. We stayed 6 nights and trash was very full by then. I would absolutely stay here again though!

Ok Hotel for inexpensive long term stay I needed a hotel for a week in the Springs. I didnt want to pay daily rates for a high end hotel. Rooms are ok, mini kitchen save money on food. Price is right. But........ It is a bare bones place. If you want clean sheets, towels, and your room cleaned every day go elswhere. For the price for a week it was fine for me. I would recommend for business travel.

Saying it's a no frills place is being kind Great location and very inexpensive compared to every thing else we checked out, but I don't think the website makes it clear how "no frills" this place is - there is no one after hours for any type of minor emergency. We accidentally spilled on our 1 of 2 pillows and needed a clean pillow case but were completely out of luck - the after hours 800 # customer service person contacted the person who lives on the property and they said the pillows were all locked up and only a cleanin... read more

As you've noted, we keep things simple and our rates affordable with guests only paying for the amenities they want to use (like daily cleaning, linen changes, and limited Front Desk hours). It would be a bit shocking if you weren't expecting this and we're so sorry we disappointed you.
Got locked out of building one night and unable to sleep in my bed until the next day so whoever was on duty wasnt doing their job.

Since we are an extended stay hotel, we have set office hours instead of a 24-hour Front Desk. Were you able to use the lobby phone to alert the on-call staff that you needed help?
