The only thing what was unusual was the pool is part of the lobby, and so restaurant and bar are poolside.

Okay. It was a place to lay our heads at night. The actual room wasn't bad, it's just the location. We had a ground floor room and all you smell inside or outside of the room (in the hallway) is either cigarette smoke, marijuana, or trash. There were also very noisy people upstairs who seemed to get their cardio in by running back and forth in their room or in the hall.

Not impressive Very underwhelming, rooms was very basic the hallways smelled like smoke they have a basic kitchenette but no cups or anything to use in the kitchen not even one paper cup.

Room wasn't too bad but thought I was going to get robbed at any moment. Not a secure location but better than others I stayed in recently.

Got locked out of building one night and unable to sleep in my bed until the next day so whoever was on duty wasnt doing their job.

Oh no! What you've described is certainly not the pleasant, comfortable experience we aim for when serving guests. We are terribly sorry you had this experience. Since we are an extended stay hotel, we have set office hours instead of a 24-hour Front Desk. Were you able to use the lobby phone to alert the on-call staff that you needed help?
Like the hotel don't like the way it is ran. Had power issues two different rooms. Stayed over two weeks and kicked out like a bum. Brought to managers attention treated like a lying piece of trash. Was un argumentive and cooperative wanted to resolve issue. Yelled at cops called for no reason. She demanded open door had two rough looking characters at my door. You can't have two people of the streets bounce people out of hotel. Felt uncomfortable during my whole stay here.
