Office/Customer Service Could Use Some TLC Rooms are spacious. Quiet area. They seem to do a good job in general but it seems that if you renew online your previous stay isnt seen in the system or something so you may not have your room serviced/cleaned unless you say something. The front desk is very awkward/impersonal (a little creepy). I think it was their covid measures but I prefer a glass window so I can see when business transactions are done. It's doable. If you really need to travel/work for an extended period of time then the value at this hotel is good. Having the kitchenette makes this place worth it because dining out for every meal over 2 weeks is expensive and unhealthy. The cleaning staff did not keep the communal areas clean enough, nor would I say they were following Covid-19 recommendations.
