It was convenient. The property was not what I expected. Minimum staff not very clean and not family friendly.

When I got there my room was not ready, several people was off, but the staff worked really hard to get me and others taken care of. I was very impressed with the service and how hard they worked

Great customer service! Very nice! The room was clean enough, but lobby and hallways were filthy and smelly.

The front desk had a roll up window that I only saw open twice. I felt like I was more of a bother than a guest.

Cheaper, but lacks any extra luxury at all. Basic. No extra pillows on beds. Hallways had trash bags full sitting in the walkway. Had to wait to check in for a shift change, and if you aren’t communicating, they closed a wooden door so you couldn’t see anyone. You had to call for someone to come to the front desk and they would open the barrier. It seemed unnecessary as they already had a clear plexiglass barrier in place.

When we decided to stay three extra days and went to extend our stay we were told we would be charged DOUBLE per night what we had been paying -- only because we had not added it on with the original stay. Ridiculous. We went to another hotel for half the price and enjoyed that place more. We will use the new place on our next visit. Thanks for giving us the nudge to check out other hotels. We won't come back to you if you are going to gouge us.
