I like the staff they were friendly and helpful when I needed the assistance with my first room being dirty and they decided to change the rooms but that room was dirty too. Hair on the sheets, bedspreads, bathroom and dirt on the floor. So when I mentioned about the next room they took it upon themselves to change the sheets and clean the area to make sure that me and my husband had cleaned sheets and other things. This place also has an stale odor about it. I guess for two nights it was okay.

When we decided to stay three extra days and went to extend our stay we were told we would be charged DOUBLE per night what we had been paying -- only because we had not added it on with the original stay. Ridiculous. We went to another hotel for half the price and enjoyed that place more. We will use the new place on our next visit. Thanks for giving us the nudge to check out other hotels. We won't come back to you if you are going to gouge us.

It was convenient. The property was not what I expected. Minimum staff not very clean and not family friendly.

When I got there my room was not ready, several people was off, but the staff worked really hard to get me and others taken care of. I was very impressed with the service and how hard they worked

The front desk had a roll up window that I only saw open twice. I felt like I was more of a bother than a guest.
