Avoid Ac went out second night never got repaired. Beds are horrible plastic spring mattress on futon style cots. We left 2 days early and were originally told that we couldn't get a refund for unused nights. Finally one of the employees did take care of it and was more then helpful. Do your self s favor and spend a little more and stay somewhere else.

I had a kitchen suite without pots, pans, or other standard utensils for such a room. No where does the website state that they will not provide any of there items.

not as described room was smoked in and was supposed to be non smoking. had people hanging out with doors open when it was a violation of hotel policy. kids was running around in rooms above me even after midnight and before 6:00 am.

False advertising in pricing. The reason the rate is so low for an extended stay is because they charge for EVERYTHING!!! I have stayed at many extended stays and this one is the WORST!!! They charge for the dishes, the coffee maker, towel exchanges, wifi, and even LOCAL CALLS!! This is a VERY deceptive business practice and I will NEVER stay at a value place EVER AGAIN!!!
