I had no issues easy check in process. There is an elevator available which was very convenient as well

I arrived 2 hours before check in time. The young lady in the lobby was very courteous and went out of her way to accommodate me. I will definitely recommend this hotel to those going to Ft. Jackson for Family Day and Graduation.
It was further away from Columbia than I liked but the people were friendly and the room was clean.

I have no complaints. I just wish I didn’t have to be on the 3rd floor. I asked for bottom or 2nd floor pet free room. They didn’t even read my request😞
