Suprised Boiler wss down no hot water for a few days. Lukewarm when it was fixed.

I reviewed before i found out the room i was in did not have hot water. This was rough to find out early in the morning. So besides having to wait an hour to check in due to "inspections" i couldn't take a shower which was one of the main reasons for getting a room. I could have slept in my car for free. Its unacceptable
